Affiliate Program Handbook

Operate confidently while protecting IELTS RoadRunner first.

This GitBook-style guide explains how to navigate the dashboard, keep data compliant, and secure payouts. Every directive prioritizes safeguarding our program, customers, and brand; non-compliance triggers immediate enforcement.

How to use the dashboard effectively

Work through these checkpoints at every login to stay aligned with our risk controls.

  1. 1

    Review the Overview screen

Open Overview to match daily performance with internal approvals. Flag unusual spikes proactively before we need to freeze traffic.

    Open Overview
  2. 2

    Keep Links & Tracking clean

Spin up unique links for each campaign and disable them immediately if you suspect abuse. Attribution logs are regularly audited.

    Open Links & Tracking
  3. 3

    Audit transactions frequently

Inspect statuses (Pending, Under Review, Approved, Rejected) in Earnings > Transactions so you know what is actually payable.

    Open Earnings
  4. 4

    Use Analytics responsibly

Analytics is for optimization—not for exploiting loopholes. Escalate suspicious funnel tests before launch.

How to read your metrics

Interpret every dataset through our risk lens before raising support tickets. Numbers stay provisional until finance reconciles them.

KPI cards

  • Clicks, Sign-ups, Activations, and Conversions all undergo fraud scoring; we can retroactively void suspicious data.
  • Earnings (GBP) show provisional commissions. Only “Approved” transactions qualify for payout schedules.

Transactions ledger

  • Each row includes status and review notes. “Under Review” means the row is locked until compliance clears it.
  • Use filters to isolate disputed traffic before contacting us and prepare evidence to retain payment priority.

Analytics views

  • Segment by campaign, geography, and device to understand true performance. Significant anomalies open an automatic risk hold.
  • Toggle sandbox/test data off when validating production reporting; sandbox data is never payable.

Sandbox mode

  • Use sandbox for scenario planning only. Leave it off when verifying commissions because sandbox results do not pay out.
  • If sandbox values leak into live reporting, re-authenticate and alert us so payouts stay protected.

Bank details & payout workflow

Provide payout information exactly as requested. We hold disbursements until the destination passes compliance.

  1. 1

    Submit a complete payout profile

Visit Settings → Payment and supply the legal name, tax details, and payout method that matches your entity. Partial submissions are auto-rejected.

  2. 2

    Upload verification documents

Bank statements, government IDs, and tax certificates must show the same legal owner. Blurred or expired files are declined without review.

  3. 3

    Await finance approval

Finance and risk validate the payout rails against sanctions, AML, and refund exposure. Expect 3–5 business days for standard reviews, longer for high-risk regions.

  4. 4

    Request payout once “Verified”

Use the Earnings dashboard only after the profile shows Verified and the approved balance meets the threshold. Policy alerts reinstate the hold automatically.

Operational reminders

  • We only disburse to accounts owned by the affiliate entity. Third-party accounts are treated as takeover attempts.
  • Changes to the profile restart verification; plan updates before requesting payout so we can re-clear the destination.
  • Wise, PayPal, and bank transfers originate solely from our controlled accounts. Ignore any emails asking to reroute funds.

Commission policy

Commission depends on product type and compliance standing. Dashboard rates are informational until reconciliation finishes.

  • Baseline rates: 30% for monthly subscriptions, 40% for annual plans, and up to 50% for lifetime or one-time purchases. Special campaigns may run lower at our discretion.
  • Only transactions that pass compliance and refund checks earn commissions. Pending or clawed-back conversions do not pay out.
  • We adjust rates based on traffic quality, refund ratios, and adherence to promotion guidelines. Reductions take effect immediately and are not negotiable mid-audit.
  • Rate uplift requests require 30 days of compliant traffic plus pre-approved campaign plans. Submit through account management—not support tickets.

Reference Earnings → Transactions for the rate applied to each approved order. We reserve the right to retroactively adjust commissions for refunds or fraud.

Payout criteria & safeguards

Meet all controls before any transfer leaves IELTS RoadRunner’s accounts.

  • A verified payout profile with complete KYC/tax evidence is mandatory. Missing documentation pauses every disbursement.
  • Minimum threshold: £50 approved balance. Lower amounts roll forward automatically after review.
  • We evaluate each payout against traffic quality, refund data, and chargeback windows. Holds of 7–14 days apply to new or high-risk campaigns.
  • Finance may reduce or claw back commissions tied to invalid traffic, refunded orders, or ToS breaches—even if the dashboard shows earnings.
  • PayPal and bank wires only originate from whitelisted accounts. We deny mid-cycle reroute requests to prevent account takeovers.

Protection-first program policies

These guardrails let us shut down risk instantly even if dashboard totals look positive.

  • We reserve unilateral rights to freeze balances, disable links, or terminate accounts to protect IELTS RoadRunner and paying customers.
  • Dashboard data is informational and may be adjusted during reconciliation. Only final finance statements are binding.
  • Affiliates must supply promotion source proof within 24 hours of any audit request. Missing documentation forfeits payout eligibility.
  • Chargebacks, fraud alerts, or compliance flags trigger payout holds until risks are mitigated to our satisfaction.
  • Never share dashboard access. Credential compromise is treated as negligence and voids liability for resulting losses.
